Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Hiver Ticket platform and pivetra.com. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

The Services may only be used for lawful business purposes, including:

• Managing and resolving customer support tickets and enquiries.
• Collaborating with team members on support workflows.
• Generating reports and analytics on support performance.
• Integrating the platform with other authorised business tools.

You must not use the Services to:

• Process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) - for example, health, biometric, political data - without explicit written consent from Pivetra and appropriate safeguards.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or conduct phishing campaigns.
• Upload, store, or transmit malware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overload our infrastructure.
• Circumvent or tamper with security features, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate GDPR, UWG, StGB, or any other applicable EU or German law.
• Process data of individuals under 16 without verifiable parental consent.
• Disrupt or degrade the experience of other users.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

Report violations to [email protected] or support.pivetra.com. Confirmed violations may result in immediate account suspension.

We will cooperate with German/EU law enforcement authorities where legally required.
