Current legal entity notice

Pivetra is currently operated as a sole trader business by Abhishek Jalan, Munich, Germany. Upon formal registration, the legal entity will be updated to Pivetra UG (haftungsbeschrankt). All legal documents will be updated accordingly.

Data Storage & International Transfers

All personal data is stored and processed exclusively in data centres within Germany. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards (for example, SCCs) as required by GDPR Chapter V.

Sub-processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs / AVV) per Art. 28 GDPR.

Section 5

Data Retention

  • Account data: Duration of contract plus up to 3 years for legal claims.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Section 147 Abgabenordnung).
  • Communication data: Up to 3 years from last contact.
  • Log data: Up to 90 days for security purposes.
  • Customer ticket data (as processor): Deleted within 30 days of contract termination per your instruction.
