Your commission is a percentage of what each referred customer pays Pivetra, paid monthly for as long as that subscription stays active. The tier is based on your cumulative lifetime customer count and never resets.
Trial and POC customers become payable after Pivetra receives their first final payment. Commission applies to the active subscription amount, including future plan upgrades.

What counts as a qualified customer?
A qualified customer is a company introduced by you that signs an agreement and makes its first payment to Pivetra. Trial and POC activity becomes eligible only after final payment is received.
When and for how long do I get paid?
Commission is calculated and paid monthly for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber, subject to the approved partner agreement.
What happens when my customer upgrades?
Your commission follows the customer's active payment amount. If the customer moves to a larger plan, your commission increases with it.
Does my customer count reset each year?
No. Your qualified customer count is cumulative over the lifetime of the partnership, so progress toward a higher commission tier does not reset annually.
